Monday
5:15 – 5:45 p.m. |Beginning Keiki ‘Ukulele* | (ages 8 – 12) Students provide their own ‘ukulele *Aloha Summer 2013 ~ 6-week session $60 6-week session runs from June 17 through July 22 Students learn important facts about the ‘ukulele, proper care of the ‘ukulele, tuning, chords and strumming techniques, singing along while playing songs, and they’ll have a really interesting story to share when they go back to school in the fall!
Thursday
9:45 – 10:30 a.m. | Mommy-n-Me/Daddy-n-Me Hula $50 for 4 sessions, $100 for 10 sessions
5:00 – 5:45 p.m. | Keiki ‘Ukulele – Continuing Basics | $50/month (ages 8-12)
6:00 – 6:45 p.m. | Beginning Adult ‘Ukulele* | (ages 13+) *Aloha Summer 2013 ~ 10 week session – $125
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Intermediate ‘Ukulele Adult | $50/month (ages 13+)
All ‘Ukulele students must provide their own ‘ukulele.

Mommy-n-Me/Daddy-n-Me Hula
This is a weekday morning dance/movement class for moms and dads with infants. Our gentle hula basics accompanied by popular Hawaiian music can be a light and easy addition to your exercise program. Wear comfortable stretch clothing that allows movement with ease (no denim). This class meets Thursday mornings, 9:45 – 10:30 a.m., and the cost is $50.00/4 classes or $100/10 classes.
Alameda Kanikapila – Hawaiian Music Jam Session
4th Saturday of each month
6 – 9 p.m., FREE
This fun community event is held on the fourth Saturday of each month with attendance ranging between 30 – 50 people. Bring your ‘ukulele and/or guitar and join us for an evening of music and impromptu open mic and hula. Admission is free, and dinner plates and beverages are available for purchase.
